  • Code is given to you by the organisers.
  • Use only your legal name and latin alphabet. No nicknames, special characters, etc.

    • Please write any additional comments that you have regarding your travel documents or the reimbursement. It's important to mention if someone else bought your ticket, something was lost, or any other relevant information.
    • Please provide the full name of the account holder using latin alphabet (no special characters)!
    • International bank account number, not your credit or debit card number. Also not your local bank account number, only IBAN is accepted.

    Youth Europa needs to collect and use certain types of information about the Individuals or Service Users who come into contact with Youth Europa in order to carry on our work. We offer the services through the Erasmus+ framework, trainings, consultancy and advisory in non-formal education sector (collectively the “Service”). For the purposes of Article 26(2) of Directive 95/46/EC for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection the parties have agreed on the following Contractual Clauses (the Clauses) in order to adduce adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals for the transfer by the data exporter to the data importer of the personal data specified in Appendix 1.
