Participants form a circle. One of them starts by putting a body part of their choice (e.g. a hand or a foot) on the body of the participant (e.g. on a shoulder or a head) that stands next to him/her. They should then keep that body part to that spot until the turn ends. The participant who has been touched then proceeds to use the same body part to touch the next person, and so on, and so on, until all participants are connected in some way. Then the next turn starts.
