Ask the participants to stand in a large circle, as large as it can get (or as you choose for your group). The facilitator stands in the middle and says this or a similar sentence: “I’m looking for a person who loves cats!” Everybody, who loves cats, makes a small step forward. The facilitator then looks for someone else, then for someone else, and so on, until someone touches him/her (and gives him/her a hug). If you have spare time, the person who got to touch the facilitator then continues from the beginning while standing in the middle of the circle.
Tip: You can start by looking for something obvious and then for something extraordinary, so the victory is well-earned.
